- AI assisted tools means third-party technology used to support analysis and delivery.

3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to purchase services.
4. Billing and Cancellation
Billing terms are shown at purchase.
Recurring services continue until cancelled in writing. If no specific cancellation terms are stated at purchase, cancellation requires 21 days written notice and fees remain payable during that period.
Refunds are provided only where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Services may include video calls, group calls, messaging, written analysis, and recorded feedback.
You must not share service access without written consent.
6. AI Assisted Service Delivery
We may use AI assisted tools to analyse materials you provide, including transcripts, recordings, business metrics, financial summaries, and operational information.
AI assisted tools support analysis only. All advice remains our professional judgment.
If you prefer that your materials not be processed using AI assisted tools, notify us in writing before providing them. Manual analysis may alter timelines or format.

If services include group sessions:
- You must keep other participants' information confidential.
- You must not record sessions without our prior written consent.
- You must not distribute session content.
- You must not share session access links.
We may record sessions for internal reference and service delivery. Participation constitutes consent to our recording for that purpose.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials remain our intellectual property.
You receive a non-transferable licence for your internal business use, including use by your employees and contractors.
You must not reproduce or distribute materials without written permission.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service in the period giving rise to the claim.
